Hi, I'm Isabella!

Isabella Sun was born in Taiwan, but moved to the US early on and grew up in South Pasadena, California. She received her degree from the University of California, Davis and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. She is also learning Spanish and French.

She started her career working in fashion marketing and public relations for the  fashion industry but found her passion in Real Estate. By working through award season and with various clientele, she is experienced to tailor each experience for her clients. Her experience in the fast-paced fashion industry has prepared her for Southern California’s competitive marketplace. Throughout her life, Isabella has watched her parents invest and manage properties in Southern California. She has learned from one of the best, her mother, Amanda Ting, who has been a REALTOR® for over 20 years.

Isabella will always put YOU first. Whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor, she will take the time to advise and guide you through the search, loan, and escrow process and make sure you feel comfortable. She will work 24/7 for YOU. Isabella genuinely cares about you and will make the process is smooth. Even after the transaction, Isabella offers the ability to help homeowners protect their greatest asset, their home, in a trust to avoid probate.

 

Working with first-time home buyers gives Isabella great joy. The moment when she gives her clients their keys is just pure bliss.

 

In addition to her love for Real Estate, she works with her family in Estate Planning. She is well versed in California laws and codes that can save your family thousands. With her knowledge in Living Trusts, she is able to help Sellers with heavy taxes by using the correct exemptions.

 

Isabella is also a Notary Public for the State of California. She continues to support the sorority that helped mold who she is today.  Isabella currently serves as Marketing Advisor for Chi Omega at the University of California, Los Angeles. Through her time as a Chi Omega, she has found the importance in giving back to the community. She makes sure to give back to Make-A-Wish Foundation, which helps fulfill the wishes of children with a critical illness between the ages of 2½ and 18 years old.

 

When Isabella is out of the office, you can find her baking, cooking, walking her Shiba Inu, Maru. She has found her love for winter sports with skiing!
